Light Duty Boat Use Worm Drive Hand Manual Winch With Automatic Brake

This winch contains frame, drum, and two stage gears, hand wheel, pawl and ratchet. The rope direction is from the down side of drum.
When run this winch, rotate the hand wheel or operate the handle of reinforcing bar. And during the operation, the hand wheel can be used to pull in or pay out rope, when pull in rope, rotate the hand wheel, two pawls don’t affect the running of winch, in this direction, the pawls and ratchets can’t contact well and don’t have the function of forbid reverse rotation, just when stop the operation, the pawls and ratchets forbid reverse rotation. When pay out rope, release the pawl inside of the winch, the drum can be released freely, until the drum stop absolutely, and close relevant pawl.

Attention please: When paying out rope, please release the pawl inside of the winch, to avoiding damage of winch.
The reinforcing bar close to hand wheel can be used to pull in rope, just need to flip the handle which fixed a pawl, the pawl drive the ratchet rotating, to realize the function of pull in rope.

Maintenance:

1.Check whether the wire rope is ok or not.

2.Check all connecting bolt, and make sure they are not loose, the grease is enough.

3.Check whether there are any obstacles around.

4.Inject ZG-3(GB491-87)Calcium grease regularly at every lubrication point.
