Product Overview:
The portable/mobile gantry crane is designed and manufactured
according to the national standard JB/T5663-2008. It is suitable
for making molds, auto repair shops, mines, construction sites and
occasions where lifting is required. Especially suitable for flat
ground, warehouses, logistics centers, production workshops,
laboratories, clean rooms, etc. The hoisting machinery can be
realized by electric or manual hoist. It can reduce manpower,
reduce production and operating costs, and improve work efficiency.
Small lifting equipment, manual and electric optional, adjustable
span and height, can be customized according to customer
requirements; equipped with universal wheels, can be moved in the
workshop; quick disassembly, small size, reasonable steel frame
design, Low cost, convenient maintenance and strong practicability.
Product Components:
1. Portal frame: The main beam is made of I-beam or H-beam. If the
span is large, channel steel or square tubes can be added to the
main beam to strengthen it. Columns and ground beams are square
tubes. It has sufficient strength, rigidity and stability.
2. Lifting mechanism: It can be used in conjunction with manual
(hand) chain hoists, electric chain hoists, wire rope hoists, and
European electric hoists.
3. Wheels: Universal load-bearing wheels with brakes, 360°
rotation, flexible movement. PU wheels or nylon wheels can be
selected, which are wear-resistant, quiet and light. Suitable for
leveling roads.
4. Electric traveling wheels: If the tonnage is too large, it is
recommended to use electric traveling wheels to realize the walking
of the electric crane.
5. High-strength bolts: The gantry is connected by high-strength
bolts, which can effectively fix the steel plate and make it safer
to use.
